This website and online store (the “Services”) are operated, managed and controlled by Wisque Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. The Services present and sell artwork by Joanna Green trading as The Green House Art.
The Green House Art is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We make every effort to present products accurately. However, colours, textures and finishes may vary depending on your device, screen settings and materials used.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or exactly match how it appears on screen.
Product descriptions, availability and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been received and we have confirmed acceptance.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
If an order is declined, amended or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that all purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you once the order is handed to the delivery carrier.

The Green House Art is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through the Services are made directly with us.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us, including product quality, delivery or disputes. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims and liabilities.
